Quality control

A highly trained team of quality control engineers reviews the print at multiple stages of the production process to verify that only the highest quality products leave the facility. The detailed review process allows to accurately monitor and track issues over time to eliminate consistent problems with artwork, manufacturing flaws, or other workflow discrepancies. In doing so, all items are then picked, printed, packed and shipped correctly.

Technology & Inks

Top-tier, cutting-edge technology machinery is used to achieve full-wrap, top-to-bottom printing on all Stainless Steel Canisters. Proprietary pretreatment methods enable the production team to achieve adhesion using UV-cured ink that is durable for years of use and more to come.

Packaging control

All Full Metal Canisters are professionally bubble-wrapped, placed into bags to protect the product from any possible damage, then shipped in durable cardboard boxes to provide an additional layer of care during transit. All items are cared for by protecting it during all parts of production, preserving the item from the dock to your doorstep. After all wraps, inspections and protections - the item is finally and carefully inserted into self-sealing poly mailer or cardboard boxes depending on size to ensure the safest, plus most secure delivery.
